[2020] Trapped in map overview after connecting on a server

Hi,

when I join a server most of the times I get to the map overview but it won't start so I can race. I can still chat, alt+f4, and hover over the map overview while holding the mouse button but nothing else. After restarting the game it works most of the times, but now I restarted it 8 times and I just can't play. It's really annoying
