[2022] Mods/floor textures won't load on ANY NEO-CUPRA maps

Anytime I try to play any of the NEO-CUPRA COTD maps It now fails to load all the mods and says invalid URL. The world tour logo is also on the floor at the start of maps now could that be over writing the previous mod the the blocks on the floors? I really want to hunt these maps are there are beautiful maps and a hard challenge but the maps doesn't look great without the mods in certain places. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
