1. Log in to your NCSOFT Account. Navigate to Account Management (or click here).
2. Click ‘Apply a Code’ tab.
3. Enter your code > Activate.

A message will appear saying that you have successfully applied a new serial code to your account. You can find applied codes in your Transaction History.

On PC / Mac:

1. Log in to Teamfight Tactics.
2. Navigate to the queue selection screen and start a TFT game. If you’ve created a new account, make sure to complete the tutorial first in order to receive the content.
3. Open the Booms loadouts panel and equip your new Boom.

On Mobile:

1. Log in to Teamfight Tactics.
2. Navigate to the loadouts selector.
3. Select “Booms” and equip your new Boom.

After launching the game, select the Madden Ultimate Team mode. For those who are new to Madden Ultimate Team, you will be prompted to go through the mode’s new user flow. Once you are on the Ultimate Team home page, you should receive the content through a new items pop-up. If this does not occur for you, navigate to the Store and then select Unopened Packs.
