We put out a fix last night on PC and have just launched a hotfix on PlayStation. Please let us know if you are now able to clear the section!

The New War: Hotfix #1

Changes:

  • Added some helpful hints during a boss fight phase in The New War Quest.
  • Updated muzzle FX and Alt Fire rotation for the Corinth Prime.
  • Removed Harrow Prime and Venato from Conclave eligibility. 
  • Players who purchased a Railjack but haven't installed their Reliquary Key are now eligible to play The New War Quests.
    • This fixes players who had yet to install the Reliquary Key being locked out of The New War until they did so.

Fixes:

  • Fixed being unable to 'ascend' in a certain part of The New War Quest when using a Controller, as PSA'd here: ...

Ok I just finished running it two more times and it did end up dropping the batteries, however it took a good 3-5 minutes of killing enemies before any of the battery carriers showed up. Any chance the next update could make them spawn in a little sooner? Would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

I also have the same problem I tired open world farm aya and nothing I was using mesa on Deimos nothing no progress

We are aware that some Tenno who purchased the Protovyre Syandana (through The New War RESISTANCE PACK + RECKONING PACK or through the in-game Market for Platinum) are having issues with the "Collect Relics or Aya" challenge progression is not tracking currently so that you can unlock the next tier.

I was playing in a squad of 4. We started the bounty inside fortuna. It may have been a squad issue though. It originally put me in a squad but once I got outside it was only me, then added 3 new squad members.

They swap between cycles! Narmer Bounties appear during daylight hours on the Plains of Eidolon, and Orb Vallis during the Night cycle (Night in Cetus means the Bounty is available in Orb Vallis).

Hey Danielle, sadly I did no write down the WAR # but it did have a manager window pop up after the crash. I submitted all of them. I eventually was able to get past that part by changing from DX12 (beta) to DX11 and running the game in windowed mode instead of full screen.

 

That seems to be the solution we've heard from others as well - if you crash again please share your WAR # and we can have a look :)
