Do you currently have a character created on US East in the PTR? You may need to delete that character - it’s a known issue we’re working on.

It looks like we have a fix coming in soon for this, but can you confirm which skins this happens to so we can double-check?
Thank you, we’re working on the fix for this! Some players with this issue have reported it’s just visual and that they are able to still craft those items after the allotted time. Have you tried, or are you completely locked out?

Hey @IsBlue! I had this checked for a bug, but in terms of the changes planned, the blog still stands!
This is correct. As I mentioned, a Critical occurs. A Backstab / Headshot is still seperate on their own.
However, when a Critical occurs, Vicious should be activating. That’s the bug.

We haven’t been able to replicate this one, but I believe the workaround is to reset the quest! Sorry for the inconvenience. We’ll continue to dig into it!
