The video showed the black market working with a 40% discount, rather than the initial 20% that was announced. So they either increased the discount across the board (because yeah, honestly 20% would've been worthless) or its a fluctuating discount amount per set of offerings.
The discount has been changed to 40%! 😀
This is a bug currently, and you are right! Should be fixed for the live release.

summons is better than the old objectives but it's still pretty forgettable.
As we mentioned thought, this is more of a foundation of a new system that will evolve over time! We just had to build the system first and there is a lot of plans/opportunities for the future of this.

I wanted to react to this thread as the hypothesis is completely untrue, and I would like to put a stop to it before it spirals into a conspiracy-theory.
I can confirm that the Event had absolutely nothing to do with the new "Wolf-themed" Hunters, the Moon theme of the event may have confused some, but we built an event on an original story (which we plan to do so going forward as well!) and it happened to involve a Moon.
The included rewards during Traitor's Moon in form of 2 brand-new weapons and 2 new variants, as Kseniia described in our dev stream, was our plan all along, but we overestimated the value players find in them, so therefore we decided to go back to having a Legendary Hunter for the next event.
The theme of the bonus Hunters this time, just as the event itself, was that they all have something to do with betrayal, which is part of their backstories.

I dont know where you heard this but its completely untrue. We have plans and features already planned for Hunt years to come, hopefully many years! :) the game is just as dear to us as go you.
About the servers, we know the recent issues and we are sorry. obviously we don't want server issues or bigger bugs either! We are working on all this wirh very high priority right now, but it is not a 1 day thing unfortunately.
can you ask what they platform they prefer? sending video through intercom or youtube link.
To be honest it is hard to believe when they not straight banning people who headshot you from 400+ meters with video evidence. Because the eu privacy law you talking about, i often saving steam account link to see if they got new game ban on their profile or not and yet some cases obvious one they still not.
Don't get me wrong hunt cs team is really good at their job from my experience playing multiplayer fps on asia server. So i know the worst possible case from asia player culture (specifically china).

We wanted to follow up on our communication last week regarding our event extension, but this time focused on the compensation side of things.
As we mentioned in our previous post, the downtime and other issues have impacted the experience for a lot of you. We understand the frustration these issues have caused, and we know that we need to do better going forward.
In terms of compensation, we will be doing two things:

Unfortunately I have two people in mind, the one mentioned above who I see in discord lobbies on the daily playing (admittedly he could be on an alt - as a friend pointed out to me earlier, but all the more reason to hardware ban) and another is also on my steam friends list from before he started cheating. 110 hours in the past two weeks, playing right now.
I have reported both, gotten the privacy message for both. Maybe there is a back log in actually handing out bans, or you guys do it in waves - I don't know. But I am absolutely confident that they have not been genuinely punished in any meaningful way.
I would be happy to spend some time with you or anyone else on the team with evidence if it would help.
As an aside, I enjoy your energy on the twitch stream. Haven't caught one in a while, but I enjoyed the effort you put into being entertaining on them.

As I mentioned, I am not a customer support rep, so I can only speak of the regulations I know of.
To my knowledge, when reports with evidence are submitted, in most cases, these are manually reviewed and may result in actions - depending on the conclusion.
The best you can do is to keep sending such reports and as much evidence as you can provide directly to our customer support on our website. I know there is a lot of info being spread about it not being useful, but on the contrary, the CS team is awesome and they take this stuff very seriously, so please don't believe everything you read! :)

Point 3 states "First offenders will receive a temporary ban..." meaning that there is no warning first. I can think of three p100 players that I have submitted video evidence for and gotten the standard "we can't say anything about it due to privacy laws." They saw it, they just didn't action it.
I can't name and shame on reddit, unfortunately, but I have submitted proof in the form of 2 videos and a discord confessional (twitch streamer with linked discord account, so not a fake) and they have still been on every, or every other, day. I don't know what to say about the devs except that they are lying.
I am not sure what is the exact case you talk about as I am not a CS rep, but even if an action has been taken, you would get an answer including the part about the privacy laws and no details on it, as it goes against GDPR to tell you what happened to the user's account. I know it sucks!

But seriously we are working on it, I as well as other members of the Comms team try to send them as many reports of issues, useful information and problems as possible to help out with the investigation.
