The Horde and Alliance have established their footholds in Kul Tiras and Zandalar, each seeking to use these staging points as inroads to the flow of Azerite in enemy territory. Now the Horde and the Alliance will use those hard-earned footholds to launch large-scale assaults deep into enemy territory. While the assaulting faction tries to break through their enemy’s defenses, players must rally the local forces to drive the invaders from their continent.

Who: Level 110 and Above players who have unlocked World Quests on their account and have begun the War Campaign.
Where: Kul Tiras and Zandalar

With the release of Tides of Vengeance, players will be able to take part in Faction Assaults in Zandalar and Kul Tiras. Level 110 and above players from the Horde and the Alliance will be able to take part in these events on either continent as long as they have unlocked World Quests on their account and have begun the War Campaign.

Rastakhan’s Rumble is under way and seats are filling fast—no one wants to miss this fight of the century! Welcome to the Rastakhan’s Rumble Inn-vitational, the first tournament where this new expansion’s cards will see competitive play.

This eight-player tournament will pit competitors from North America, Europe, Korea, and Taiwan against each other to fight for the glory of their Loa (and to show us some of the finest decks and plays of the new meta).

To get started on your journey, you’ll need to have earned the achievement All Growns Up!, which requires you to raise a pet to level 25. 2018 was a great year for Hearthstone Esports. Earlier this month Team China upset tournament favorite Brazil in the Grand Finals of the Hearthstone Global Games at BlizzCon. We’ve crowned two seasonal champions at our Summer and Fall Championships. We’ve seen more than 200,000 players attend 25 Tour Stops and other major events across the globe. And by the end of the Year of the Raven we’ll have awarded more than $2.8 million in prize money—our largest amount ever.

Along the way, we’ve gathered feedback from players and fans. We’ve learned that many of you feel the HCT system can be challenging to follow, not as accessible to new players as it could be, and unsustainable for pros. Today we are excited to share with you a preview of our plan for continuing to make Hearthstone esports the best it can be for viewers and competitors alike.

Celebrate your legacy with two new Heritage Armor sets—one for blood elves and one for dwarves—coming in the release of the Tides of Vengeance content update.

Players with maximum-level (120) blood elves or dwarves who are Exalted with their faction (Silvermoon City or Ironforge respectively) will be able to embark on a new quest line for each race to learn more about their history. Once you complete your quest, you’ll gain a new Heritage Armor transmog set unique to your race and be able to show off your pride.

Begin your journey by visiting the embassy in Orgrimmar or Stormwind after Tides of Vengeance arrives on December 11.

The Raven Lord’s grasp still lingers within the Nexus, and while the mighty Nexus born hero, Orphea has recently joined our ranks, she needs some help! Orphea, has called upon our community Twitch streamers for assistance.

Join our Heroes of the Storm streamers as they unite with Orphea in our streamer event, “Protect the Realms!” This event will be running non-stop beginning Wednesday, November 28 at 12:01 AM, and will run through Saturday, December 1, 5:00 AM, PST. During this time, several of our most dedicated and passionate Heroes of the Storm streamers will be working toward specific achievements to help keep the Nexus safe from the Raven Lord.
