The daily downtime will be extended on Monday, 13 July as we are performing routine updates to some of our backend services. This will take up to 35 minutes and we are expecting Tranquility to be back accepting connections by 11:35 UTC at the latest.
Updates will be posted in this thread and via EVE_Status Twitter.

Each downtime may take up to 30 minutes and we expect Tranquility to be back accepting connections by 11:30 UTC at the latest. However, we will let players in earlier if work is finished earlier. Updated will be posted in this thread and on EVE Status Twitter as they become available.

Second start up went very well. Health checks are ongoing.
We are seeing a few issues on the backend with our SSO at the moment. Our engineers are going to need a bit more time for an investigation.
Glad to hear! That is now a part of our standard process when informing players about Extended Downtimes.
Things are going well. We are starting up Tranquility in VIP mode to perform a few additional checks. Not long now
We will always continue making necessary improvements and updates to our infrastructure, so an extended downtime is not something that will go away. Some work also have different dependencies, which makes it impossible to bundle everything up and deploy in one go.
I hope this won’t cause too much inconvenience in the future.
I am not aware of any global connection issues that have been going on for the past few days. Let me investigate that a bit internally and see if we are seeing an increased number of reports with similar problems.
