Yes it is.

Does Paz gain 5 stacks of resilient under a LS mando in TW with his omi or just 3?
His kit doesn’t mention TW, guessing this is meant as a question for Territory Battle, in which case: 5

In the unique legacy of house visla. It gives a 10% and a 15% boost. If the ally is a dark side mandalorian ally that would give 10%. But if they're light side mandalorian does it give paz 15% or does it stack to 25%?
If the ally is a Dark Side or Neutral Mandalorian, Paz will gain 10%. If they are a Light Side Mandalorian, Paz will gain 25%.

When Paz uses vengeful incineration it does 30% more damage per stack of overheat and then removes all stacks over overheat, does the 10% offence per overheat stack count for this ability or is it dispelled before damage?

LIGHTSPEED BUNDLE

What is a Lightspeed Bundle?

Lightspeed bundles are meant to help you along your journey to acquire older but still powerful fan favorite SWGOH characters! We wanted to give an alternate way to help players progress their accounts so they can join their elder SWGOH friends and join their Guilds. These are similar to the Hyperdrive bundle in functionality but more targeted to specific farms.

We will be monitoring player reception of these bundles and if well received we will continue to offer these Lightspeed bundles for other older characters in the future.

The Bundles -
Each bundle is focused on 1 character from the Journey Guide and helps players complete their requirements.

Updated Description:

Upper Hand:

Imperial Super Commando has +100% counter chance and gains +15% Offense for each enemy with no buffs.

If all allies were Dark Side Mandalorians or Empire at the start of battle:

Whenever a Dark Side Mandalorian ally attacks out of turn, they deal additional True damage and recover 10% Protection

Whenever Imperial Super Commando or Gar Saxon attack out of turn, the other attacks as well (limit once per turn)

We are working to resolve this as fast as we can, there were technical issues that increased the difficulty of this fix, which we believe we have found and corrected. It is currently being reviewed for a future release.
