Heya! Yeah, we saw a ton of chatter around this when it was the live mode for tournaments and have shared it with the team. There will be some overall improvements made for tournaments in S5 as well, more info on that later.

Hey there! Yeah, seen plenty of questions about this one. We checked in with the team and confirmed that this is unusual and will be returned to normal next season. S5 should have an epic version of the new weapon in the premium Battle Pass.

Hey there. We've heard and seen plenty of people ask about this and checked in with the team about it. This is not the new norm and S5 should have an epic version of the new weapon returning to the usual cadence of a new weapon and an epic version in the premium battle pass.

Hey there, sadly we don't have any new information on zombies at this time. Hopefully, we will have something to share in the next major update but for now, we just ask you all hang tight. We know how frustrating it is to hear that answer consistently used so our apologies there.

As for the Timeout issue, the team is still investigating this issue and has asked for any player's UIDs and regions who are still experiencing this issue. If you're experiencing this issue still can you please provide that information? Thanks!

Also, just wanted to say the team is still investigating the timeout bug and the issues associated with it. We appreciate your patience on that. Balance changes will be live in-game when the game update comes out. These normally happen about 2 days before the Season launch. So with the Season 4 launch which is on 4/26 at 5 PM PT, should be early next week!

Heya! The team is always looking for ways to improve players connections while playing. What region are you playing from? How long have you noticed these issues going on for for you?

Next Public Test Build should be around 2ish weeks into S4. That could change but that's what it's looking like now.

Interesting idea to adjust perks more often. We'll pass it along to the team.

Hey there! Yup, that was us. We are investigating the timeout issue and need more info to help out the team. If you are running into this issue kindly share your UID and region so we can look into it further.

We do appreciate your hesitancy to share out information, but just as a general FYI UID is a public-facing ID in-game. Player ID is the one you should be wary about sharing with other players. That being said, we are the verified CODM account also any info we collect is to share with our devs. Thanks!
