I want to thank you again for the excellent battle pass with the samurai theme. I hope that you will maintain the same level with the next battle pass, which, by the way, I look forward to seeing. I wanted to express a desire to have a theme in the wild west again, I sincerely love this theme. Please make it happen someday .. And if possible, give us a clue of the next battle pass, It doesn't have to be said in words, we know that you don't intend to reveal it yet, but give us an idea using stickers of something related to the theme of the next season .. something that is not general, that is more specific to try to guess.

We appreciate your effort to bring players a way to get a hachi for free, but we are already heading towards the end of the season and we have no news on that. Please tell us about it, tell us how we will receive the free hachi.
We may have to push it to the very end of the season, but we are still trying. It has been surprisingly complicated is the short answer. As you may or may not know since we talk about this occasionally, but everything with the season is decided and designed far in advance. Those rewards and event structures get locked in, and are not easy to alter.
Usually the idea of adding something like this isn't an overly challenging one, but due to this being weapon it has been tough to implement into a pre-existing or upcoming event that is already designed. We'll definitely shout it out as soon as we hear some confirmation about how it will be available, even if it somehow ends not being possible until Season 4.

Possibly, but we don't' see it specifically coming up in the next season. It may be part of the For You updates coming up though. We'll try to outline those new additions next week in the update post.

What I am curious about is to know, when you guys will make the 120 fps available for a wider audience? I've got an Samsung Galaxy S20+ (which supports 120HZ and is a High-End device) but I still can't choose the option "Ultra (MP only)" in the Settings where I can set the framerate after the latest update? It would be really nice if it was accessible for a wider audience and if more of us could enjoy this option to maximize the gaming experience.

In relation to that particular option we have seen various inquiries about it but we don't have any information to share back. Always hate to say "sorry no info" but would rather at least thank you for asking and for the kind sentiment rather than just waiting until we have some news about it to respond at all.

Heya, we've seen that one brought up many times actually and it is definitely a known request at this point. However, we aren't aware of that being added in the next update at least. We'll have to keep an eye on out for it though and we'll also make sure our teams are continually aware of the request.

Heya, that's not particularly common thanks to the large number of players we have and a wide array of servers. However, how long of a wait are you seeing? Could you please share what region you are in and what mode you are trying to do whenever you run into this type of issue? Also, is it only in this one mode or all modes?
