For AOTU 20 it seems like the general reception was pretty positive, but our teams will be checking in-game data on top of feedback to see how it fares against other limited time modes. There is definitely hope though!

Heya, we believe we said that we'll be back with a normal community update the first week of March and the update is due "early" March? Either way, no the update itself isn't expected until close-ish to when that event timer ends. That is always a bit of a placeholder timer since the update/patch may take or more less time to deploy depending on various factors, but the in-game timer is a good estimate for now.

Heya, we are afraid we don't have much info about the CP store specifically. Our team is generally, as you can tell, more focused on the credit store, bundles, and crates. However, we'll try to push that question back up there to see if we can get some info about that and any potential update to it coming soon.

No news yet, but we wish we could share. There are definitely plans for that in 2021 though and we'll be happy to start yelling about them in the usual community updates as soon as it is close enough to share about them. Thanks for asking though and for the support!

Heya, the in-game season mission timers are correct. We don't recall saying first week of March (just early March) before, but if so apologies because it should be exactly around when you are estimating based on the timers. That's subject to move up or move back a little bit depending on how quickly we can push up the actual patch/update, but otherwise that should be about right.

Heya, Ghost is coming very soon and for Zero we are seeing that she should already have a voice over (as of several updates ago). Are you seeing no voice overs for her in your game and which exact Zero operator?

Heya, we aren't sure how exactly we'll solve that one for those who are trying to complete the set. We are looking into some options and discussing ways in which we might resurface items from sets to allow for completion.

• Tick Rate Upgrades on Servers - We are afraid there is no news we can share on that front.
• Server Locations - We are still pushing for more general improvements and more locations when we can, but opening up new servers isn't something we can publicly discuss in advance of actually doing it. We see this is a prime way to help with Desync issues though and are taking it as seriously as possible.
• Update Release - Yeah, it should be somewhere around there and like usual. It just always fluctuates a little based on a few factors with the actual update/patch.
  
• Hitboxes - No, as far as we are aware all characters should have the same hitboxes. We recall reporting up a bug around this a while back and getting back that response from our devs...

2/28 Update - Public test build back up and the links are live!

Greetings everyone! We may be on the precipice of the Season 2 release but we have one more public test build ready for you to try with some updated content, new content, and tech changes. Our teams have been testing this content already, but there is always much more found and noticed when it is ten of thousands of players instead of our just our hardworking but significantly smaller QA teams.

Here are all of the details below:

Haha, perfect meme. If this mode variant was as popular as it seemed, then we are sure it will return and join the mix of regularly featured Attack of the Undead modes that are available nearly every season .

Well, in our defense we aren't quite as aware of all bugs and issues being worked as our actual developers working on those. So, if we don't know about something we would rather approach it that way and send it up all the same. That way if they do know about it already and are working on it, great! However, they of course may not know about it too and then your post or report is the first instance of that being seen. It is just a "better safe than sorry" kind of approach haha.

Sneaky question, but it is a more military and urban theme! We can't say much more than that now, but we have more teasers coming out this weekend.

Yeah, that's a common piece of feedback that we hope to fix at some point. At the moment we don't generally reintroduce those sets all at once, instead piecemeal through multiple bundles or redux draws. We've raised it as an issue with our team a few times and we are discussing some options.
