Air RB got big maps. What I do in bombers is fly on side and climb. Wast majority of players fly straight and sooner or later dive. If you fly on sides of the maps, you got higher chance to survive to bomb base.

It's up to you. I spade vehicles before I jump to next one, but it just me and my way of playing WT.
IMHO if you are not a big fan of specific vehicle, there is no reason to force yourself and spade it, especially if you want to get into some specific machine that lay a bit further in tech tree.
Just remember to have some decent lineup for your BR. You will get much more from battles if you use more than 1 vehicle - more time in battle, more activity = higher rewards.

No. Premium vehicles operate on same level as any other vehicle in game. All they give is more SL/RP and sometimes some specific mechanics (we have a lot of event/premium ground vehicles with ungieded rocket launchers for example).

We do not reset graphic settings.
Please check if you do not have nvidia auto-optimize setting on in nvidia app. It can influence your in game graphic setting (overwrite them).

It's not possible to face 11.7 if your max BR is 9.3 in regular game modes.
Please double check your line-up, your game mode and BR displayed in tech tree (you can select auto, or arcade etc there, bottom right corner), if you are not in squad with friend who use higher BR than you (your squad BR display in hangar).

Been looking up old WT videos on Youtube and in my opinion the fire rate was much faster in good old times.(yes, i know crew level plays a role here too)

Dunno what do you mean by "old times", but I asked dev team - no such changes recently.

Crew level do not influence fire rate, only reload rate. (and both vehicles you mention use guns with mags, so fire rate of the initial mag is not influenced by crew level, only reload between mags is).
