Have you still be unsuccessful while trying to get into match? We just released a new client update so this may fix the issues you were encountering.

I've tried restarting the game multiple times but still haven't been able to get in a match.

Dunno if this is of any worth but when logging in it seems like "authenticating system login" and "checking for updates" takes a much longer time than everything else.

Around what time did you start trying to login? We were seeing this around 4 hours ago. So the times may have lined up.

All the other games I've tried work just like normal.

Thanks for flagging this one up to us. If you're in handheld mode, you should be able to advance using touch controls. For players playing in docked mode, we're sharing information with the team.
