It's not a threat. I'm not "the wrong person" nor do I know anyone who is. But no one wants another "pride and accomplishment". Or you telling this to someone with a big following that can make a big deal about it. We all want a nice, tight community with no harrassment coming from both EA or the fans.

Agreed he really needs to stop this. Remember the ‘come do better’ tweet? As community manager, he’s representing DICE in an official position in a public place, so for him to be a dick to when someone calls him out on a legitimate grievance is completely unprofessional. But he won’t get fired because the higher ups know they won’t get anyone else.
I'm not going to stop. I refuse to resort to "Thank you for your feedback, I will pass it on", or similar.
I've spoken to Swanny multiple times and always had a good back and forth, there's probably fun being had on both sides.
What he says is true, we probably could do a better job on some things, but then we will always believe we can do better. There is a balance between bugs and content that we've tried to address and I do believe we have made progress. We've certainly fixed numerous bugs throughout the last year but it's true that some remain.
