After prestiging, my merits are in the negative. All merits earned count towards this progress but it will not level up until the negative balance has been earned. It was about -13,000 right after prestiging. It looks as if a lot of Xbox players are having this issue since the most recent patch. Hopefully it's noticed by the team and fixed.

We've acknowledged David Mason and reserves/contracts are now paying out.

It's best to contact ATVIAssist right now regarding any missing contract reserves potentially earned prior to the fix.

I just asked you for details from you if you have them regarding the latter two.

The image you just posted has a workaround. Go into your in-game store, download the maps, then restart your game.

Anything regarding "crates not giving rewards?"

This is just a mildly angering comment to an big issue. You wana know why that is an issue? The people at scumbag office activision are deluting the reserve pool more and more every new season.

I know you guys cant do anything for that but i still hope that such messages will also get forwarded , especially when we hear a "we hear you feedback" in every livestream.

We have shared that video of issues is always preferred. It's worth having as much reference material to send to the team as possible. Especially so when I jump on to test and don't find that my experience aligns with those of others. - Helping build the best case possible to explain an issue is always important.
