@oezcan03 I was able to accelerate it due to cancellations! I guess people who signed up and got COVID in the meantime or couldn't attend for other reasons.
In Helsinki at least it's fairly easy to change your appointment and we kept an eye out for openings to get it faster.

We're not typically disclosing what actions we took on individual cases, but we do have a series of bans with increasing length depending on your previous history and how serious the offense was.
SD+ cannibalized SD and to a degree other game modes (specifically BB), I assume likely because it was easier to farm trophies fast, not because it did such a great job fighting teaming.
It did manage to push teaming up by ~100 Trophies, but it didn't resolve the issue.
Showdown (Solo) + Duels together have a higher playtime than Showdown (Solo) + Showdown+ (Solo).
Duels numbers have now stabilized and are good, especially given the fact that it's competing against other modes with active Quests.
