I'd love to have a Brawler with a "charging" weapon. A weapon which deals moderate damage but can be charged and released to unload more damage potential.
I also like the idea of a "reverse" aimer, i.e. just imagine you have to pull back a string to shoot.

@PrimeK04 @supercell Currently we're working in a hybrid with people working from their own home (in Finland) or from the office. This being said, we as the Brawl Stars team work best when we're all together in the same room.
It's down to the teams to decide how they want to work.

@MiniMaster21 @supercell There's no easy answer to this I'm afraid. It's rather rare that we hire inexperienced people, but then individual skill will always trump this - it's just that both of these often go hand in hand. Studies are only a way to get the skill to start your career.
