Thanks for your patience while this matter was discussed extensively within various departments including Customer Support.

It’s clear there is some confusion regarding what is an exploit and what is allowed. This may have been caused by a reference to posts by CCP’ers which may be outdated. EVE Online and its underlying mechanics continuously change, but the Known & Declared Exploits help center article is the definitive reference for exploits that all players should keep an eye on.

Customer support will no longer be able to provide manual character transfers for PLEX. Automated character transfers are still possible through the account service linked below:

We’re encountering some issues starting up Tranquility. We hope to have them resolved soon.

11:00 UTC Downtime started as normal.
11:09 Tranquily Startup Failed.
11:28 Second Failed Startup.
11:31 Third Startup Successful and accepting player connections.

We’re looking to add more fits for when this goes live on TQ. We just opened up fitting suggestion threads for tech 1 fitted destroyers running the Sisters of EVE ’ Blood Stained Stars’ epic arc and tech 1 fitted frigates for PvP.
