We wanted to thank all 279 SuperTest applicants for trying out for SuperTest 2019 Bravo Company.

The number of quality applications were impressive however there were only enough slots for the ones that stood out from the rest.

In the end, the chosen few emerged to become a part of our SuperTest team!

Incoming communique from the Admiral!

Situation: Engagement between the German Navy and the Royal Navy

Location: Mouth of the River Plate (Rio Plata) off the coast of Uruguay

Mission: Post the screenshot a win of a battle fought in a German or UK warship

Between the December 13th 12:00 UTC and 20th 12:00 UTC, win a battle in either a German or UK ship in a single Random/Ranked game and post your battle results screen as so:

Damage control parties have identified an issue and are planning downtime to address the folllowing:

Fixed an issue that caused some players to be redirected to the login screen after the battle

The server will undergo maintenance during this time:

Run a check/repair of the client and relaunch.

Check and make sure your anti-virus and firewall have whitelisted the WGC launcher/client.

I would reach out to the Support team so they investigate what happened in depth.

Before you clicked on it, did the banner on the Containers section say "Claim Free Containers" or something like that?

Did you receive the 2 containers from the Armory?

Try relaunching and see if the banner is still offering gifts in your Container tab.

Public Test rewards are typically announced once all regions have verified the current patch (0.8.11) is fully deployed.

If you participated in the previous PT sessions, keep an eye out towards the end of the week in your email box!

Were you ever able to login to the game?

If not, perform a "check and repair" on your game client to see if any files were corrupted or damaged during the installation.

Algunos han tenido problemas luego del parche 0.8.11: se desconectan desde la pantalla de resultados de batalla de vuelta a la pantalla de inicio de sesión.

Ya hemos preparado una solución para este problema y, claramente, la incluiremos en la proxima actualización de versión.

Para aplicar la solución, sigue la siguiente guía paso por paso:

1. Cierra el juego
2. Descarga el archivo Install_patсh_fix_for_0.8.11.zip
3. Descomprime el archivo (la carpeta «Install_patсh_fix_for_0.8.11») a tu carpeta raíz del juego de WoWs (la que contiene /bin32 /bin64 /screenshot y otras subcarpetas)
4. Ingresa a la carpeta descomprimida «Install_patсh_fix_for_0.8.11»
5. Ejecuta el archivo «apply-patch.bat»
6. Aplica los cambios escribiendo el número "1" en la ventana que aparece y presiona Enter
7. Ejecuta el juego como siempre

Try exiting out and relaunching the game.
