We are aware of the "desync" issue which may sometimes cause shells to miss their target. For now, we are collecting replays and other information and investigating the problem. We assure you that we will deliver the fix for the problem as soon as possible.
There is a similar situation when bombs land faster than the damage is dealt. As for this issue, we already have the solution, but we need some time to properly prepare it for delivery to the production environment.

We would like to apologize for the situation and all the inconvenience caused.

Though I cannot comment necessarily on stuff that we haven't released completely. I will tell you playing the California right now, I have no problem with her 356's fighting against a tier IX, but that is just me. And TBH her speed, though I thought would be a huge handicap in the long run, is actually good if you're uptiered, cause um, you're so slow, it's harder to get yourself into trouble LOL.

Either way, as always this is still a WiP ship and changes will occur until release I am sure.

Our devs are looking at server desync overall as this effects more than just your aim (functionality and such in port as well, see armory access issues) and I have been asking for replays from players. That being said, I don't mind people PMing me replays of this, HOWEVER, they need to be evidence not just suspicion of it, I have seen A LOT of replays over the past few weeks from players that mentioned the "shells falling short" bug and when I watched those replays A LOT of them could be explained due to potato aim.
