You have to relog your client.

Unfortunately, everything having to do with Twitch drops is on Twitches side, I wish we could control this, but we cannot.

The containers drop after you relog into the client. The missions, more than likely are there, they are not named (which I am asking us to do). If you completed the mission already, the missions have cleared out this morning I believe.

If you still believe you didn't get any of your rewards, please put a CS ticket in with this screen shot and explain the issue.

No it shouldn't matter. I know this seems odd, but could you clear your cache or try a different browser? (these are broad fixes that I have seen work for some) Unfortunately it looks like a communication on Twitches side, we've seen with with the Prime Gaming before too.
