Could you show some screenshots of a before/after of your Health Regen stat along with your passive tree/inventory.

What rules did you make changes to? Did any of them involve Uniques?

These issues have been fixed internally and will be present in a future patch.

Ivory Court seems to be working correctly from the info I’m seeing here. Ivory Court’s effect is that it allows you to have more Bone Minions that stick around, it doesn’t up the amount of Bone Minions summoned. Depravity only creates more explosions at the place your character arrives at. While Ivory Court and the other nodes in this link subtree (Simulacrum and Purgatory) focus on removing the detonation from the place you transplanted from and replacing that with a new minion.

I can’t seem to replicate this, do you happen to have the Hellfire node as well as Legion?

Did you happen to fast travel/enter a different area in between finishing the level 90 timelines and hitting the Legendary timeline unlock?
