Few hours later and the ATLAS/ARK communities have raised an additional 7k. Currently sitting at 13k for @ExtraLife4Kids and we haven't even started our stream yet, you guys are incredible.

@BigNasty804 @AMD @Alienware @msitweets @elgatogaming @discordapp @nitrado they'll speed up as those are all done on ticks, so the server checks the rates each time the tick is called, tho it does take 20-30mins for rates to go active once theyre reached

@Mooses_GFX We're looking into this at the moment. It seems like they'll work on the home/master server (if you log on there first), otherwise they won't work. Hoping to get to the bottom of it asap. Not sure if tech or config related yet

@Tim83700309 I don't sit here all day reading messages from your twitter account 🙄. I have about 22.5k tweets, conservatively 18k+ are related to game specific issues. That specifically no, but if you let me know which platform our QA guys can look into it.

Once the stream goes live, we'll be immediately adjusting rates, assuming we hit that 5k ;).

This is ATLAS' first Extra Life, so the rate bumps are a little different to what we do on ARK:

@comcastcares have informed me that the issue preventing you from being able to access/see Official Servers on ATLAS should be resolved now (even if you turn Xfinity Security back on), if you still have any problems, you can reach out to them directly
