This had me confused for a moment too, but the change on the character sheet you’re seeing is because it’s a silver amulet, with an implicit 33% increased critical strike chance.

This is a known issue where afflicting Lagon with fear causes him to take no actions for the remainder of the fight.

It appears to be properly giving 30% damage reduction. Did it seem to give much more than that under certain circumstances?

I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue with lunge getting stuck behind soul vessels. Can you provide any additional information on how it happened? Which soul vessel was it? Were you nearby it or far away?

You can only gain 1 stack of Contempt from each enemy. You’d have to be channeling on 6 enemies to get 6 stacks of contempt. Each stack you’ve acquired will persist for 2 seconds per point in Enduring Contempt, but you can’t pause or refresh the duration of those older stacks by restarting your channel, you can only acquire new stacks.

Are you getting 3 stacks of Contempt from a single enemy?
