I’ve confirmed these nodes are working. However because of the conditional way the added damage is applied by Prismatic Eclipse and Infused Weapon, they don’t show up in the tooltip DPS. I’ll make a note of this internally. Thanks for the report!

This is intentional. The tooltip for Grounded (bottom right node which disables Lightning Strike) specifies it has no effect if Northern Winds and Earth Spikes are disabled.

I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue. Were you still in Reaper Form when you allocated additional points? If so you’ll need to exit and re-enter Reaper Form for the points allocated to take effect.

I haven’t been able to reproduce this. Note that the Tundra Nova from Frozen Ire has a rather muted visual effect; you should hear a sound effect and briefly see shards of ice flying away from the target.

If you still aren’t seeing it occur, let me know.
