It says something is wrong(or maybe it's missing) with preview.png file. Did you copy save from internet?
Can you make a screenshot of a folder from a screenshot and preview.png?
You can also try to backup saves/ folder from your screenshot and delete it. And see if the game crashes after it

If you put down a bunch of ice towers, then turn all the cold ones into zombies, then you have a bunch of white walkers who hang around their houses and reproduce.
