Added a few additional PvP tuning changes with this week’s realm restarts:

Player vs. Player Changes

• Druid
  • Bear Form now increases armor by 175% in PvP (was 220%).
• Shaman
  • Elemental
    • Armor reduced by 12.5% in PvP.
• Warlock
  • Demon Skin increases armor by 22.5%/45% in PvP (was 45%/90%).
• Warrior
  • Armored to the Teeth effectiveness increased by 45% in PvP.

We’ve heard your concerns about the Manuscript of Endless Possibilities and will be changing it into an account bound toy. While we get that change ready, the option to purchase the Manuscript of Endless Possibilities will be disabled in the next few hours once you’ve acquired it with one of your characters. Any character who has the Manuscript of Endless Possibilities purchased before our change will automatically be given the toy!

It will now never restart sooner than about 2 hours after its last start, and will not take longer than about 3 hours since its last start. If player activity is very low or very high, the percentage progress will be sped up or slowed down to match those time constraints.
• [With weekly restarts] Battle for Ashenvale quests “Clear the Forest!” and “Repelling Invaders” now award 1000 reputation (was 200).

The Seeds of Renewal PTR has been updated with the following changes:

USER INTERFACE AND ACCESSIBILITY

• All appearances received from quest rewards will now have a chat message.
• Interacting with the Auction House quantity field should now be a much more consistent experience.
• All toasts can now be immediately dismissed with a right click. This includes toasts that appear near the top-center of the screen, such as Great Vault unlocks.
• Artwork for the leader ability toggle in Follower Dungeons has been updated.
• Edit Mode Frame Snapping Improvements:
  • Can now snap a frame to any intersection of grid lines.
  • Can now snap a frame’s center to any grid line (previously only available for center purple grid lines).
  • Edges of frames can now snap to the horizontal and vertical center lines regardless of whether the grid is enabled.

• Healing Rain will no longer interrupt the auto-attack swing timer of the casting Shaman every time it heals.
• Living Flame will now cease to spread and deal damage if the Mage caster no longer has the rune equipped.
• Regeneration and Mass Regeneration will now properly consume Arcane Blast when they benefit from it, regardless of the Mage’s healing targets.
• Mage Temporal Beacon will now also heal based on damage done by Arcane wands.
• The radius of healing for Mass Regeneration has been increased to 30 yards (was 15 yards).
