Where in my warning does it say you can publicly talk about the game or post a video about it.

It clearly says you can only talk about it in our backer only forums.

Otherwise the NDA is still in effect.

If this is you. You are directly violating the NDA.  

Because everyone is entitled to their own opinion. You asked a question so here are multiple people giving you answers. And here's a forum staff member also telling you something that no one knew until now.  

Nobody is going to convince me to lift these because I am not going to let the forum performance sink when it gets attacked by forum bots.
These are on for a damn good reason and it is to protect the forum from spamming forum bots.
We clear these bots out every day and it's a good thing the filter catches it before it can make posts(this DOESN'T ALWAYS happen and when they can post they are stuck for a few minutes until they can post again).

If I set all of these to 0. I 100% can promise you the next one you will see pages and pages of spamming bots spamming every board we have here.

This isn’t a venting thread. This is the OP just continuously sh*tting and having no desire to be in the community other than to sh*t.

If I, Diss and a few others were crazy enough we'd roll our own forum software(it's been done before on other platforms but not by us!) but we are strapped for time and making a forum isn't easy.  

We cannot access registration emails via the api xenforo has. We can only access the preference fields so this is the only way it's going to work.

You're also not going to win with Xsolla because of our policies and they are also inline with Indiegogo's. I'd also recommend NOT charging back either.
Let me quote exactly what would happen.
Xsolla is used by Twitch and EFT and many other places. Doing a chargeback mean you get blacklisted by Xsolla and it’s very hard to get off that list(I’ve been here btw).
Indiegogo would do the same.
