Following an interruption of player rewards on Sunday July 25th, some data has remained unrecoverable. We apologise to those affected and will be providing compensation of 50k gold and 30 Doubloons to players who launch Sea of Thieves between now and August 9th (10am BST).
This data includes progress made by some players through Seasonal Renown, Tall Tales, Daily Deeds, Events and Commendations. If you did not see notification of your progress while playing Sea of Thieves on July 25th, it may not have been saved.
Compensation will be added to the accounts of players who log in again before August 9th (10am BST), but after playing please allow up to 72 hours for this to arrive before raising a new request with our Support team. Thank you for your patience.
