Ever since the season 7 update came out, neither the deadfire skin nor his associated backbling shackled stone have been changing colors as part of the reactive effect. There appears to be no issue with the dark shard pickaxe, however.

If replicable, how: I have no idea how this happened, so I have no idea how to replicate it. First noticed as I was trying to loot a chest after being downed from falling of a zip-line with build into the zip-line.
