Read morePossibly off-topic: I have no idea if it's remotely related (and I'd assume not, as this issue has occurred for multiple leagues) to the old API functionality or the recent improvements, but I frequently will encounter "quiet" sections of time for a few hours where no one messages me for anything despite normally getting messages every few minutes (I price stuff fairly low to sell a lot quickly).
I'm well aware this is silly anecdotal evidence, but the weird thing is that if I update my listed items' prices to a new value, I'll suddenly get a flood of trades for the original price I had up, as if my item just popped up and dinged a bunch of people's live searches. I'm not the only one hitting this either; other players are also seeing this bizarre behavior.
I work in QA at a game dev, so I understand how frustrating digging into this ki...
It would be useful to first determine which trade site the buyers are using as it won't be API related.

It's not very interesting; we switched to a new method of comparing items to speed up processing the API, which meant that old items didn't match when we went to mark them for deletion. There was around a 18 hour window where this occurred before a fix for comparing old items to new was added.
There was a glitch in the API exactly a week ago and a lot of sold items are still listed, it makes trading a lot more difficult. You can filter by items listed less than 3 days or less than 1 day ago.
I'm hoping GGG is coming with a fix for this because I and I'm sure a lot of people have been getting spammed for items sold a long time ago.
The fix is being applied as we speak, it should be done in an hour or so in the next few hours!
EDIT: If you're reading this and your items are still listed feel free to PM me a search URL to them and I'll investigate.
EDIT#2: It's running slower than expected, so might take a little more time than initially estimated.
EDIT#3: It completed overnight, but it looks like some items that used to be in map stashes are still hanging around. I'm fixing them up now too.
Not quite sure the entire time frame as logged off shortly after but everything I've sold or removed for sale during this period last night (2-4am UK roughly) is stuck for sale on trade. Anything I've listed and sold from like 11am onward has been fine. I've all ready tried emailing support to no response so far.
Which makes me think its a more than just my own thing as the timing fits

I might have low patience for it being every few mins and I barely had any maps listed ~12 hrs ago which what they all from (if it was more like ~14 I don't think I'd even able to play without dnd or whispers off)
This was my fault! I've made the fix now.
If you update your tab it should now remove the old items. Sorry for the trouble.
Any chance that we also get an option to search for "x open affixes" instead of "x open suffix/prefix"? Sometimes I want to look for an item that has either an open prefix or suffix in the same search, but I can't.

There are two selections for movespeed on the trade search, one is for Explicit movespeed, and the other is for Crafted movespeed.
I was curious why my boots with 80 life, 40 ES and 60% resists werent selling, so i went and searched the stats with no results.
Remove the movespeed and there they were. Discovered the Explicit vs Crafted distinction after that.
There is currently no pseudo stat for movespeed in the search function that would cover both like it does for resists/life/etc.
Noted, will get a pseudo mod added for this.
EDIT: This has been added now, you may need to clear your cache first for it to show up.
When I go to the path of exile website trade it is giving me an error 502. Is it doing that for anyone else?

Anyone else experiencing troubles using the search item part of the GGG official trade site and/or not seeing yourself online with poetrade?
The official trade site will be down for a little bit while we perform some maintenance.
The online list for poe.trade / poeapp.com wasn't being updated, I've fixed this now.
