Hmm this is actually a bug on our end. We shouldn't be treating items we have no ratio for as worth 1 chaos (which is what is currently happening). I'll fix it up so that those listings go back to not having a relative price.

For me, the main entry point to the trade site is broken:

P.S. Looks like the ending slash is the problem. The link works if I remove the ending slash. But it should work in both cases.
Unfortunately the new system we use doesn't make this easy. We'll be investigating ways to allow trailing slashes again. Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime!
Discovered another problem, google chrome does not give notifications on live search anymore. I mean, the ones with like +1 notification in red (after the sound). it does POP when something is up, but only gives the sound, but no visual notification anymore. this is extremely disturbing and now i have no clue what new items i got there among 20 tabs.
Are you sure you're using https and haven't blocked notifications?
As of right now I'm still having the same issues as everyone else in this thread. Also, can't see any of my stashes when I log in (/view-profile/*****/stashes). I can see my character (/*****/characters) and equipped items, but even the inventory below the character is missing. Definitely something up!

It was replaced with "# Empty Modifiers" under "Stat Filters" instead.

Some backend changes made that search option break early, we'll be removing it in an upcoming patch.
You should use "(pseudo) # Empty Modifiers" under "Stat Filters" instead.
Try updating the tab that is was in (by putting a new item in, removing one, changing a price, etc).
We figured out a problem earlier today and it should resolve your issue once it updates.
"Payment Pending" means that you've started the purchasing process (where started means loading the Xsolla purchase dialog) but we haven't received confirmation that it has been completed from Xsolla yet. If you contact [email protected] they'll help track down why it's taking so long.
Purchases that you didn't complete will eventually expire on our end and are marked as "failed".
We have boosted the capacity of the trade site and will continue monitor it's performance during peak to make sure the problems are resolved.
That message appears if the website can't reach those realms for some reason.

If you view it while logged in you'll see the same information as what poemap.live will see. This information is available to the specified 3rd party tool even if everything else is set to private on your account (hence the explicit authorization screen).
You can remove access at any time using this link which will immediately cut the connection.
So there are multiple different ways that we describe the same stats on an item depending on their value. The trade site just uses the first version unless manually specified otherwise.
This is one of those cases where the description was made for the possibility of always freezing even if there are no items with the value to make it show! And since its the first entry, and has no override set, it'll be used in the search list.
I'll get this one fixed with the right override, but thought you might want an explaination to the "weird" stats.
