This is my fault sorry, turns out I missed one 9 in the username but that name existed and was permanently banned (confusing) - will follow up on this again.
Just chipping in to say thank you to the community guys for replying to a lot of the cheater posts recently letting us know they're banned. There were very few replies a while ago but its really refreshing to see you guys interact, even if its to say these guys are getting the ban hammer. I appreciate that

We've been monitoring queue times and are planning to switch back to Random Map selection only soon, will keep you updated.

Wow, he got too many reports in short amount of time that's why his account was flagged and temporary banned.
BTW. He was unbanned after 5 minutes, normal player would stay banned for 24 hours.
That’s a valid call out – I’m obviously in a position where I can directly talk to my anti-cheat colleagues and get them to investigate my account.
We also do this multiple times a day for any threads we see or direct messages we receive about false bans, so feel free to reach out to me directly (twitter/discord) if you do receive a temporary ban and I can hopefully get it investigated before it expires.

The team is working hard on any major issues that are brought up on here and other platforms repeatedly.
While I agree that it took a bit too long, we've recently applied an update on the test server to reduce instances of the 100% CPU Usage and FPS Stuttering/Hitching issues, if these are some of the known issues you're talking about.
If you could send me through your IGN I'll have a look into it! Staying at home and not being able to play games sounds like torture.
