There are no priority queues. We don’t have that capability nor will ever implement that as there is no need.
Only thing we have is an internal allowance to anyone with accounts with @blizzard.com to test before windows open.

This wasnt ideal for sure.
We have a war-room going and there have been talks about looking at improving this in the future and allowing players some more of a window to prep with downloads in the future.
Sorry about this guys. Hopefully everyone gets in speedy quick here.
Hi all -
We have seen a few reports of players not being able to see the Gauntlet for the final week of the season.
Gauntlets for this season and for future seasons will not occur during the final week of a season. This is due to the final week of the season would have some additional complexities during its wind down period before we begin each new season.
We apologize for not pre-informing on this but Gauntlet will be back for the first week of Season 4 next week.
The team is working on a hotfix to have these delivered in the coming days. They unfortunately did not go out as planned.
Apologies on this!
Hello Wanderers -
As you may recall from our most recent Campfire Chat, we mentioned our shop teams have been looking at identifying better opportunities for players to obtain some cosmetics from the shop with some of their earned or purchased Platinum.
A few weeks ago, Class Armor packs began to appear in the shop which brought some popular options into a 2-pack combo for a lower Platinum offering.
Starting tomorrow, April 9th, Fortunate Finds will begin to appear in the shop which will include personalized offers for players with individual discounts up to 50% off on select items.
These items and corresponding discounts are catered specifically for each individual based on the classes they play, so they won’t be consistent from player to player.
This being the first iteration, the shop teams will be continuing to refine the UI/UX of this feature as well as the offerings in the future.
We appreciate the feedback from player...

As Lyricana linked, there will be a patch that will have a campaign skip option added without the need of going through prologue.
We expect this update to hit later this afternoon/evening. It will be a client patch.
Altars and other items end up just granting with the boost NPC.
We are modifying the blog to note this but it is still granting to players once they interact with the NPC and boost their characters.

Hello!
April 2 | PTR Update
Hello -
We wanted to provide a note regarding Campaign Skip functionality in PTR and how it will work.
When PTR begins, you will need to complete the Prologue of the game before the Boost NPC will appear in town. The NPC will allow you to skip the campaign along with all the other boosts.
The team is working on a possible client patch to remove the need to playthrough the Prologue, but this won’t be available right at the start of the PTR.

Hi all,
As we prepare for the start of the first Diablo IV PTR (Public Test Realm), we want to remind everyone what PTR is and what are some of the larger known issues that you may experience in this testing period. PTR allows players to check out and provide feedback on some of the content coming to Diablo IV in the near future.
Due to PTR being a preview of upcoming content, please note that many things are still in the early stages, and we have identified several notable ones in the list below. You should expect to see some less polish in a PTR from what you see in the final release, and that is totally normal. We can assure you that these items will be addressed before the start of the new season along with other smaller items that may not be listed below.
We are looking forward to the feedback the Diablo IV community provides throughout this PTR process, and we are thrilled to have everyone jump into the big changes coming to Season 4.

Stored Aspects will be moved to the Codex of Power for your Eternal character seamlessly when the season ends. It will take the highest of each Aspect that you may have collected into the new Codex.
So, let’s say you have an Aspect in your stash on your Eternal character and Season 4 begins, the Aspect will be automatically added to your codex and Aspect item will be destroyed.
But let’s say you had a max roll of that same Aspect from your season 4 character’s stash, it will then seamlessly replace your lower roll Aspect in Eternal and forever be in your Eternal codex that way.
Just a small caveat is that this happens automatically for anything in your account stash when the season transition occurs. If you have them in a specific alt character’s inventory, you will need to just hop on them after the Season rollover and those will then seamlessly move to the Codex as well.
The seasonal codex does r...
Read moreFor some added context, the way it works is that there will be two options now. One is a Standard zoomed feature which is how it is presently in the game. The other will be a Far feature which is what some noticed yesterday.
Some platforms like PC (but not Steam Deck) will default to the Far zoomed out feature. There will be a new option in the menu to change this to Standard as well. Steam Deck can also change it, but I just want to note their default is the Standard zoom.
Consoles will also have these two options as well.
The team did some extra checks on performance for this as this does increase draw distance and add some more things on the screen. If players experience any performance related items during PTR, please let us know in the PTR forums when those open up. It is important for us to make sure we get that in.
