Greetings Exiles,
We hope you’re enjoying Chapter 2! We’re already hearing the news of your bravery in the face of the strongest purges.
As we go into the second day of the update, we’ve been continuously gathering your feedback on the issues you encountered in Chapter 2 so far. Whether it is the forums, social media, Reddit, Steam, or anywhere else. We are all ears.
Here is a list of all the known issues we encountered since the release of Chapter 2. We are actively working on fixing these and we will keep you posted through all of our channels. If you have any other issues that you don’t see on this list, feel free to comment down below.
This is a work in progress build and as such, neither of the changes and implementations found in it are final. Neither is the patchnotes document, which will be updated, corrected and completed over the Testlive period to better reflect the work in progress nature of this build.

We are aware of the current connection issues in the official servers 2107, 3041, 3082, 3131 and we are working together with GPORTAL on fixing them. Although we cannot give a set estimate, it is most likely that they will be down until tomorrow.
We will let you know as soon as they’re back.

It’s summer, it’s hot and it’s vacation time! We are continuing our yearly tradition and we’re extending decay rates on all official servers on all platforms, from July 7th until August 31st (*). This means decay rates will be set to 14 days instead of 7.
Enjoy the sun, get that sweet sweet summer energy in, and have an excellent time with your loved ones.
(*) Please note: these changes may take up to two server restarts to apply to every official server.

Following our initial announcement, we observed a large number of players populating the server in addition to reaching out to us to request we reconsider merging the North American Server 3652 into Server 3555.
After careful and extensive review of the situation, we’ve decided to cancel the upcoming merge. 3652 and 3555 will both remain open for play.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change. Thank you for your understanding. We hope you will continue to enjoy your stay on Server 3652.

Server closures/merges have been set up again, we’ve simply moved everything to one week later. The exception is the servers that didn’t process correctly the first time around, will be merged tomorrow along with the rest of the South American servers. Thank you for your patience.
