So this was a decision we made a long time ago. I can't speak for cosmetic team now, but I can when we made this decision 5+ years ago.
The idea was that we wanted our battle pass to be something you pay the $10 for, play and earn your rewards, and then be done and feel like you can play other games or do other things without FOMO missing out on value.
Other passes often we saw get tuned where you needed to play unhealthy amounts to get all the rewards, or play forever to keep going, leading to feeling of disappointment at lost value prop. Our pass was designed to be something you buy, complete, and feel like it was a good value. That's it.
You can debate if that was correct, but that was the logic.

So I'm basically taking this as confirmation that Set 13 is Arcane themed, unless Mortdog says otherwise in the next 10 minutes.

I like how they also just straight up gave up on support golem lol original version was too strong, new version is way too weak for a prismatic, so just delete it entirely
