I can’t confirm when the next Vault event will be, but there will be more. Vault Events aren’t on a regular schedule, as I’ve mentioned in the past. We slot them in where we can. <3
We had to make a new build of the game, which does mean that all graphics needed to be re-downloaded. As I mentioned before, there were issues with how our graphics worked in the builds, which meant this was necessary. I apologise for the inconvenience.

Has anyone on other platforms experienced this? We’ve had a run of graphic issues on Android so it wouldn’t surprise me if it’s just there.
How often are you experiencing this issue, and how stable is your connection?

Ended up being a couple issues,one of which wouldn’t be able to be mitigated by the user. In general terms, in order to speed up account recoveries, please email us from the email address you used to link your account. If you don’t we need to verify your account, and can only email a new password to the linked email. Needing to verify your account and swap email addresses is a back and forth that can take some time, so you’ll miss out on playing while we go through our processes with you. (This is to stop account theft.)

Just here to laugh at the Mistralus comment because I didn’t expect it and it made me smile for no reason this morning.
I think aiming for a racially diverse game is a good thing. We live in a racially diverse world, so I see no harm in that being represented in our games either. The fact that so many cultures co-exist in reality is pretty cool.

I replied to bug reports yesterday, and today have already replied in a thread helping someone get an account recovery by speeding up their ticket inquiry.
I cannot fix bugs, I can only report them and advocate for the needs of the community, which I have already been doing all morning whilst chasing up the status of our bug fixes with the team. I have been making an effort to spend more time on the forums during a period where my work responsibilities have increased and I am needed elsewhere, and I felt that this was something I wanted to discuss.

In general, please be patient with us, we have a huge backlog of support tickets and our team are working tirelessly to get through them. We won’t return to normalcy for at least another week. I apologise for the inconvenience, I might also be joining the ranks of our support team to help out and clear out our pre-existing tickets. (Keep an eye out for a Salty response! Not on acount tickets though, I clear out the smaller issues.)
We do have more diverse characters in game since this was originally posted, and are working on introducing more. Our art pipeline is done quite a bit in advance, which can mean things take a while to release in game.
We have the kingdom of Shentang which is predominantly characters from asian descent, and several middle Eastern characters as well. We have some characters with african american features, and plan to introduce more in the future. The playable avatar also has selectable skin tones. Of course, there is room for us to do better, so we do have more troops planned.
