You’re not getting any error messages at all are you?
It shouldn’t be related at all but what happens if you turn your graphics quality to low in the game settings?
Which region are you playing in?
Are there any Xbox system updates available for you to install?
I’m assuming you’re not having any similar issues on other games?

I’ve followed up with the team and they have implemented some fixes for Xbox with the next update. it won’t be too long before it is released, so when it comes out please let us know if these crashes persist. Unfortunately the fixes we made can’t be pushed straight away as they aren’t smaller server side fixes, and need to go out with an official update.
Thank you for your patience, we’re hoping that these issues are resolved. As always, stay in contact and we can discuss this further when we see how performance changes.
We experienced a higher volume of crashes on our Friday, two days ago, which correlates to a lot of our new reports. Our team is investigating now and seeing what additional fixes we can implement.

Hi everyone
We’ve been investigating this issue this morning.
The game servers are online however as there’s an outage with some Xbox services currently.
The game won’t be accessible reliably until the outages at Xbox have been resolved.
We’re still investigating the issues with Xbox crashes since the 5.3 update and have added more logging in the next game update 5.4 to help us track what is causing this issue as well.
This current issue however is separate and caused by the major outages at Xbox.
We added some more fixes to 5.4 hoping they would alleviate the crashing.
