You sounds like all that "I saw an alien saucer" or "yeti/big foot" people before mass access to cameras. But guess what, now you have access to all the tools needed to provide proofs. Who forces you to spawn? If enemy is in your spawn zone (red on map) you do not need to spawn. You can leave battle without crew lock, as stated in "Viking Fury" changelog:
You are talking on Air RB AAA on airfield? You still can dive and destroy enemy aircraft who is hiding on spawn (especially, when you have wingman), usually for a cost of your own aircraft, but still - you can do it and end battle. On Ground RB you will not be able to do so, which will lead to huge number of battles ends only after timer ends. That's not the best idea.
I strongly suggest you to choose your words more carefully.
If you still want to discuss Spawn in Ground RB - please use proper forum section (and if I remember correct, we already got at least one there).
Please do not accuse publicly other players.
If you think that someone is breaking game rules, please check the moment on server replay here. If you are still sure he is cheating, please report him via complain functionality on mentioned site. Game Masters will check report and act if necessary.
