TBH I did not noticed such change. Nothing changed on your side (drivers/in game settings)? Few days ago Nvidia Experience for example decided to force image sharpening for me without any notification/no action from my side.

Because not all vessels get them. Patience.

Early Access Pack vehicles will have 3 free respawns in Arcade and Realistic battles in War Thunder.
