Hey, u/Bu1ld0g. Anyone who made a Return Request before v18.20 has received an additional Return Request with the update.

And we’re back.

Downtime for update v18.20 has ended, and the Lab dungeon is officially open for business! Completing the Lab will unlock a new Banner as well as the new soldier hero Chaos Agent. Completing it at max difficulty will unlock a new Spray.

Also, with the release of v18.20, we’ve made alterations to the Boundless Set Outfits to the point where we felt comfortable introducing them back into competitive playlists. You’ll notice the Outfits have slightly different lighting and shading effects in the new update.
