Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. I was hoping you could answer a couple of questions to help us better understand why this may be happening to you.

Are you by chance attempting to log in on multiple devices?

Are you still experiencing this issue?

What device do you play on?

We're investigating reports of players being unable to enter matchmaking in Operation game modes as well as previously unlocked tech not appearing.

We'll provide more information and updates as it becomes available.

Update #1 - We've disabled Operation game modes while we work to resolve these issues. We'll provide additional updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience.
