Downtime for the v10.40.1 Update has begun.

As a reminder, the Patch Notes will be available after downtime has ended.

Hi there!
Patch v10.40.1 will be a cosmic hit tomorrow. Downtime will begin at 4 AM ET (0800 UTC), and the Patch Notes will be available when downtime ends.

Please note that the patch size will be larger than usual on Nintendo Switch.

We're aware of an issue on Zone Wars: Downhill River where the player who won the previous round will be immediately eliminated in the next round. We're investigating the cause at this time. In the meantime, we'll be shortening Downhill River to one round only.

EDIT: We've resolved the issue! Try out Downhill River and other Zone Wars LTMs!

Stats are now appearing on the Combine leaderboards, and they are now being permanently recorded. If you're having a hard time queuing into The Combine, please be aware that we're looking into this!

We're aware of an issue where the in-client viewing option for the Fortnite Champion Series is not available in the Lobby when the Arena playlist is selected. You can access in-client viewing with any other playlist being selected.
