Workaround
We’ve discovered a workaround for Xbox and PlayStation console players:
If you have a USB mouse, you can plug it into your console and use the mouse to click the “Claim” button.

Update Replay Mode has been re-enabled on GeForce NOW with the release of Fortnite v17.10. Please note the special behaviors of Replay Mode on the platform:
Replay settings will be set to off each time you launch a Fortnite session on GeForce NOW. (To enable replays, enable the appropriate setting and play a match.) Replays are available within a session but will be removed when the session is over. Replays cannot be saved to or obtained from the file system.
