Steps to reproduce: - Put a bunch of stuff into ovens and let it smelt - Activate shrines buff to double structure speed - Put a bunch of stuff into other ovens to smelt as well You will realize, that the ovens active before the buff are double in speed, while the ovens activated after the buff started will have the same slow speed as before.
