It’s not based on how high your rank is as far as I’m aware. I believe the RC Credits are linked to a specific weekly challenge within Maelstrom each week.
Like I said, the Headgears are the bonus. The real reward is what is essentially a little bit of cash each week.
It’s basically the tutorial/training mode for the game!

As has been said, there is a VR training mode where you can run around and test things with any Op you have unlocked.
It’s not as complete as a proper Firing Range but you’ll be able to test things for sure!

Can be with only 2 players? I have my best friend in xbox but i dont know if other friends want play extraction
You would still need to queue in a squad of 2 and would then get a random teammate through matchmaking

In short, yes they will need to be playing with you whilst using the Buddy Pass.
If they choose to purchase the game themselves their progress will be kept as long as they continue to use the same Ubisoft Account.
