We've deployed a fix for the sound issue that improved the situation.
However, if you're still experiencing sound issues, could you please let us know:
- When does it happen (what were you doing before the audio issue occurred, what specific activity)
- How often it happens
- If restarting the client fixes the issues

The servers will shut down for maintenance on Friday, August 23rd at 09:30 AM CEST / 03:30 AM EDT / 12:30 AM PDT.
Estimated downtime is approximately 3 hours.

Maintenance notes:

  • Added a fix that should improve issues with audio degradation, audio cutting out and audio distortion.
  • Fixed an issue where Razorback would not count as destroyed when defeated in Operation Dark Hours.
  • Fixed an issue that could reset raid progression when the raid leader left the group.
  • Fixed several Collectibles showing on the map even if players had already collected them.
  • Fixed an issue which prevented Year 1 pass owners from accessing further Classified Assignments when completing Nelson Theatre Hostages while in a group.

We haven't shared a specific date for the return of the State of the Game, but our target is the end of August.

In the meantime, we're still in the office and we will update you as soon as we have more concrete information to share.

Last week, we made back-end changes in an attempt to lessen the reported hit registration issues, where players experienced shooting a whole magazine into an enemy NPC and no damage registering, as well as no damage numbers showing.

We have monitored your feedback and the occurrences seem to have lessened but we want to make sure we follow-up with you.

We noticed some of you didn’t receive the Diamondback exotic rifle upon completing the Expeditions.

If you have completed all three Investigation Areas in Kenly College and were unable to pick up your Diamondback, you can reach out to Customer Support team.
