Slavery will not play a role in Anno 1800. It might be that there are elements in the game which reflect the topic in a certain way but we will not go into detail about it. We don�t think that a game like Anno and also we as developers can cover this topic in an appropriate way. Right now, we are focusing on the 19th century but who knows where we will go after that? You definitely should have a look at Anno 1800 to let us know your feedback for the game.
