Hey Coppperneck,

One thing we'd definitely recommend is checking your HDMI cable and at most, flipping it around. So the side that plugs into your TV is now plugged into your Xbox and vice-versa. Outside of this, we'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Give these couple steps a shot and let us know how it fairs.

As stated previously, you should see the credits added to your account automatically. However if you don't see the credits on your account, don't hesitate to reach out to our technical support team.

Hey Schwezzzy!

One thing we definitely recommend is waiting at least 24 hours to see if they come in. Outside of this, it seems that you've already created a ticket with our support team on this matter. Should 24 hours pass and you still not received your credits, please update the ticket with that information. The support team will handle it from there.

Hey Matt_u_E, someone from support will be with you soon. One thing that can be done to move the process a long quicker is to also upload a screenshot of the purchase receipt to the ticket. Outside of that, you should have your R6 Credits on your account soon.
